Email Etiquette

I've been on the end of some poor email behaviour just lately. People at work dropping me in it by meekly cc'ing senior colleagues who they 'thought might be interested'. It's the height of cowardice to send a smugly worded email that questions the receiver's integrity while taking the trouble to copy in the boss. Why not pick up the phone and discuss the matter instead or is that too old fashioned? Easier to fire off a two line bombshell and hide beneath your desk. Keyboard terrorists need their come-uppance. I'm planning my revenge. Custard pies may be involved. Grrrr.
